Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amé Charles. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or final sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
